All used equipment EEL carries is inspected and tested before being put up for resale. All equipment is guaranteed to work , regardless of its cosmetic condition. In the unlikely event a customer should have a problem with a purchase , all used commercial equipment carries a 60-day limited warranty , activated on the date of first payment .

OTHER COMMERCIAL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT NON-refrigeration equipment( only offered in Phoenix metro area. Warranty beings on the date of first payment NO exceptions.) .
For all sales outside Phoenix metropolitan area , equipment is sold "AS IS " with no returns .
What is not covered under the warranty? Warranty does not cover accessories that may be broken , cosmetic appearance in the equipment such as dents , cracks , scratches , lint bulbs burn out ,etc. It also does not cover any maintenance needed in the equipment , The warranty does not cover damage repairs resulting from electrical supply , water or drainage , flood storm or other natural causes. The warranty does not cover any content loss due to product failure.
What VOILDS the warranty ? 1> Warranty is VOIDED immediately if buyer assigns his or her own technician to fix the equipment , or modifies the equipment . If buyer does so , warranty is VOIDED a EEL is not responsible for charges. 2. Warranty is VOIDED if the equipment was turned , tilted , or mishandled at the time of pick -up in order to fit vehicle of transportation. 3. Warranty is VOIDED at the time of delivery if the equipment does not fit through the entrance of the place of business of delivery. EEL encourages clients to CHECK DIMENSIONS IN PLACE OF BUSINESS BEFORE PURCHASE. 4. EEL's "warranty sticker " must remain in the original condition in which was when the equipment was bought. If sticker is ripped , scrched , moved taken off , and or altered in any way , warranty may be VOID at discretion of EEL management.
Customer Responsibilites: A. To know what the warranty covers and when the warranty expires. B . To know what actions void warranty. C.Provide routine operational maintenance, adjustments and cleaning.
WHAT TO DO WHEN I RUN INTO AN ISSUE WITH THE EQUIPMENT?
Before calling EEL make sure to check the following :
-Was equipment installed properly by an expert or a person with knowledge of the equipment
-Is the equipment located at a safe place in which it has proper airflow?
-Area cables near water or near hot temperatures that may be damaging the cables that are not built for it ?
-Are fans cleaned ?
-Is the condensers/evaporator clean?
-Does the equipment have clean filters?
-Are the outlets working properly in the place where the equipment is plugged in ?
-Are the outlets giving the proper volts that the equipment needs?
-Is the equipment not working because other electronics are affecting the power supply?
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT WILL BE CHARGED IF THE TECHNICIAN NOTIFIES EEL THAT THE PROBLEM WITH THE EQUIPMENT WAS CAUSED BY ANY OF THE THINGS LISTED IN THE CHECKLIST ABOVE,The fee varies based on contracted or in-house technician rate . For EEL in-house technician rate , the charge is $75 for the first hour and $40 per hour thereafter . Any repairs made in less than an hour will be charged a full hour.
Who performs the repair? EEL sends in-house technicians . but there are different situations where EEL sends a third party company to repair the equipment. When a third party technician is sent , EEL has no control over third party's scheduling. EEL DOES NOT TAKE EMERGENCY CALLS. EEL schedules a technician as soon as possible ,but EEL does not guarantee technician will be able to attend the issue right away. Note:EEL technicians use after-market parts.
Conditions in which Equipment has to be in for repair :Please make sure the item(s)is clean and dry. If item is not clean enough to work on , the technician will be forced to reschedule and the technician service fee is still billed to customer account. EEL understands that this may be inconvenient , but EEL wants ensure the health and welfare of staff / 3rd party technicians. The equipment must be complete at the time of repair . If the equipment is incomplete (scubas shelving , poly cutting board(s)cooking grate(s) . etc. are missing ) at the time of repair that were present at the time of purchase and the missing parts are not related the warranty claim at-hand,the technician will not replace parts since equipment is sold " as is". Customer is responsible for incomplete parts.
After repair is done , does that repair hve warranty? Yes, if the equipment is successfully repaired through EEL Warranty Claim process , EEL offered two (2)months extended warranty after the completion of the repair .
What happened if the equipment cannot be repaired or the repair exceeds the unit's value or a repair is called in several times? If the technician sent cannot repair it, or if the repair exceeds the unit's value , or if an individual product require a forth (4th) repair for the same defect, EEL will replace the equipment for a same or similar product of like kind and quality that performs to the factory specifications of the original product, not to exceed the original purchase price. If EEL does not have the same or similar equipment , EEL will ask the customer to return the item to EEL warehouse and a partial refund will be given to customer in a check or as store credit. Note: A restocking fee will apply. EEL DOES NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS .Also , all returned merchandise must be the same condition in which it was sold with all included accessories . If unit is not the same condition , EEL reserves the right to refuse the return . EEL resrves the rights to refuse the return. All equipment sold as "BLUE TAG SALE" is not returnable.Only store credit if offered. Refunds and store credit for all other situations are the Manager's discretion.
Restocking Fee: Applies to all items under warranty should equipment be returned or exchanged . The amount varies by type of equipment.
What happens when the technician checks the equipment and it is working correctly ? If a technician was sent to customer's location and the technician finds the equipment is working correctly ,there will be a technician service fee:$75 for the first hour and $40 per hour thereafter . A refund or exchange of equipment will be denied. If equipment was brought over to EEL warehouse then customer will be charge $40 per hour spent on equipment inspection. Any repairs made in less than an hour will be charged a full hour.
What to do when the equipment is out of warranty? If equipment purchased needs repair and it is outside of EEL 60-Day warranty , EEL invites customers to contact EEL or got o vendors . To get information , please call our office at (480)448-2875
Delivery : For any equipment delivered or exchanged under warranty , delivery is charged separately and subject to delivery terms and conditions .

EEL is not responsible for any damage or injury to person or property caused by the use of this Equipment :
1. In a manner which is inconsistent with the equipment's intended design , purpose , or use ;
2. After the removal or alteration of the safety features of this Equipment or neglect of safety warnings and precautions;
3.If the Buyer or any person fails to perform any maintenance as required or recmmedned by the manufacturer of any component ,engine , or equipment which contributes to the cause of any damage or injury ;
4. By an untrained , unskilled or imparted operator .
DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Delivery
Delivery is made inside purchaser's location at or near a common point of entry and within a resonably accessible area. It is the purchaser's responsibility to make sure there is adequate access and space to complete the delivery prior to the delivery to prevent delivery service charge.
Delivery service does NOT include installation.
Payment
All sales are final. No refunds . EEL accepts debit or credit card . Due to location and shipping distances, delivery fees may vary and are subject to change without notice. Delivery service is paid upon purchase of equipment or at the time of delivery. The delivery charge is non-refundable .
If item of payment are not honored for any further services at the time of delivery i.e . delivery service charge , EEL is entiltled to appoint an attorney , or debt collection instituation to assert claim(s) . The purchaser shall pay EEL all costs, expenses and out-of-pocket expenses that EEL incur in the expedient pursuit of claims.
DELIVERY TIME PERIOD
Deliveries are made between the hours of 8am to 2pm ,Monday through Friday .EEL Salespersons provide a 4 hour window of which delivery will be made.Please be aware that the given time of delivery is approximate. There is no guaranteed delivery date and time for the purchase.

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE
Either Purchase or purchaser's Representative,18years of age or older , must be present to receive the equipment at the agreed upon day and delivery time period.
DELIVERY RECEIPT
Purchaser or purchaser's representative should be sure to sign the Delivery Receipt in the presence of the EEL Employee(s) to indicate delivery has been received and for 60-day warranty to take effect.
RE-DELIVERY FEE
Where delivery services are requested and through no fault of EEL the delivery cannot be completed , no further ateempts for delivery will be made except as requested and approved by the Purchaser. Where an additional delivery attempt is made, a re-delivery fee will apply.
FROCE MAJEURE
Any disruptions to operations, cut-backs in operations, directives by public autherorities with or without legal basis , ostacles to traffic , shortage or workers , walkoits ,lockouts strikes,regardless of wherther they are caused by breach of contract or based on previous notice of termination as which impair or delay our performance or those of our suppliers , or dispatch , as well as any elemental disruptions , like storm flooding ,and fire and any events and circumstances whose avoidance is and financial outalys , including their consequesces , shall entitle EEL to either restrict postpone or discontinue deliveres or to rescind the contract either wholly or in part. Any such event shall not give rise to any claim for compensation unless the claim is based on willful action or on gross negligence.
INDEMNIFICAITON
The purchaser agrees to indemnify , defend,and hold EEL harmless from any claims and /or liability ,damages , fines , penalties and/or attorney's fees by reason of injury to or death of any person or by reason of injury to or of destruction of property arising from the delivery of customer's equipment at or near common point of entry during delivery and/or any conduct of the Purchaser or its agent or representative, which violates any Federal , State and /or other laws, or from any cause including but not limited to the inaccuracy of export or security data supplied by Purchaser or its agent or representative, which violates any Federal , State and/or other laws, or from any cuase including but not limited to the fault , breach of warranty or negligence of EEL, its officers, agents subcontractors or emplyees and/or from the fault , breach of warranty or negligence of EEL , its officers , agents , subcontractors or employees. Purchasers further agrees to indemnify and hold EEL harmless against any and all liability , loss , damages costs ,claims, penalties , fines and/or expenses , including but no limited to reasonable attorney's fees ,which EEL may hereafter incur , suffer or be required to pay by reason of such claims; in the event that any claim , suit or proceeding is brought agains EEL , it shall give notice in writing to Purchaser by mail at its address on file with EEL.
DELIVERY SERVICE CHARGE
If EEL Employees make and effort to bring equipment inside i.e. entrance is not accessible (blocked by other equipment , etc.) or the equipment does not fir without disassembly , there will be a service charge of $40 per EEL Employee per hour. Any service made in less than an hour will be charged a full hour at minimum.
VOID OF WARRANTY
If equipment does not fit with disassembly purchaser refuses delivery service charge, equipment will be placed outside point of entry at purchasers location and warranty on equipment is void.
